Delphi
Legend says that through the priestess Pythia, Apollo spoke to rulers, generals and commoners who came from throughout the classical world to consult the Oracle of Delphi. The Greek city is full of historic sites including the Sacred Precincts, considered the touchstone between gods and mortals and the Museum of Delphi, which has an incredible collection. Admire the beauty of Castalian Spring, located at the edge of the Sacred Precincts, it gushes from two enormous cliffs. Its waters were used to cleanse the Temple of Apollo and to purify its priests and pilgrims.
